At Battaglia, our apprenticeship program offers a comprehensive and diverse training experience. As a commercial electrical contractor, we handle projects ranging from warehouses and gas stations to multifamily apartment complexes, car dealerships, and even Starbucks locations. This extensive range of commercial properties ensures that our apprentices are exposed to a wide variety of electrical work.

While we do not specifically focus on single-family residential electrical work, our apprentices still gain significant experience in residential electrical systems through our multifamily unit projects. Each apartment in these complexes is essentially a home and must adhere to all the relevant code requirements for dwelling units. This means that our apprentices learn and apply the same skills and knowledge required for single-family homes, giving them a well-rounded experience in residential electrical work.

In contrast, those who complete an apprenticeship with a purely residential electrical company may not encounter the breadth of electrical systems and requirements found in commercial properties. At Battaglia, we ensure that our apprentices receive a holistic education, preparing them for the diverse challenges and opportunities within the electrical contractor industry.
