Free Training, Future Leaders
At Battaglia, we are proud to offer our training program free of charge to our apprentices. Our apprentices do not pay anything to receive their education and training. Instead, we ask for a commitment in the form of a service agreement. Upon completing the program, apprentices are required to work with us for two years. This agreement helps us recoup our investment in their training and ensures that we benefit from their skills and knowledge during this critical early phase of their careers.
Our ultimate goal is to provide a nurturing environment where apprentices can find a long-term home. We aspire for them to grow into our top leaders, journeymen, and field managers, capable of overseeing multi-year, multi-million dollar projects. We believe that by investing in our apprentices, we are investing in the future of our company. We envision a path where our apprentices evolve into key players who drive Battaglia's success.
However, we understand that everyone's life trajectory is different. We respect and support our apprentices' individual dreams and goals, whether they choose to stay with us or pursue opportunities elsewhere in the industry. Our focus is on providing them with the best possible foundation for their careers, no matter where their paths may lead.
In return for the free training, we ask that our apprentices give back some of their time once they finish the program. During their two-year commitment, we encourage them to mentor the new cohort of apprentices, helping them in the same way that experienced journeymen once helped them. This cycle of mentorship and support is fundamental to our company culture and ensures the continuous growth and development of all our team members.
