They are who we call when running into issues
My name is Corie Spankowski.
I'm the director of operations for the tenant solutions group at ARCO/Murray.
With Battaglia they are great partners.
It's not just about the competitive pricing.
They truly understand our design build model and the willingness to get into the details, the unit costs, really help us understand what we're building.
They help us be successful with our clients which is amazing.
They've just really provided that true partnership from the beginning to the end, on every single project that they work with us.
From being able to use them as that trusted resource, I think it goes a lot along way.
They're who we call when we're running into issues.
There's a couple different projects, especially right now, with lead times the way that they are, material procurement, there's a lot of creative solutions that we need to come up with and I think Battaglia is kind of that call that we make of saying, hey, this is the issue that we're facing, is there a different way of doing this?
Is there something else that you can do with the panels?
Is there a different supplier that we can go to?
Can we custom build it?
They're the ones who are helping really drive those solutions for a variety of different problems that we face in our projects.
There's some specific examples on projects where we are looking at, 42 plus weeks for lead times on panels and they were able to basically recreate the design of it and help us find a way to procure panels that still fit the end intent that the client was looking for and get that material instead of 42 weeks out, within four weeks.
I think it just goes to show the partnership's that we've been able to build with them. They're able to build it beyond that.
I'm sure it extends to their suppliers and their contexts as well.
Our clients are looking to us to fully understand their end intent and exactly what that would entail on the design side as well as the cost.
And being able to partner up front with Battaglia and have them, without understanding everything 100%, but have them in with us, detailing out what we think we need and getting pretty quick turnarounds on costs, helps us deliver those expectations to the client on the front end and really drives success for the ultimate goal of an on-budget project.
You will hear Sam's name.
He's the the main contact I would say for our team of just if there's a code question, a quick unit cost, even some of our national projects for Battaglia might not even be fully involved,
He'll be the first phone call of hey, can you quick explain what this even means to me?
Can you verify is this actually the code requirement?
I think it says a lot when they're able to help out and kind of give those quick tidbits of information to help us be successful on projects where they're not even involved.
